Isabel Theresa Zaragoza, of East Chicago, Indiana passed away June 2, 2021. She was born April 27, 1955 to Franziska and Joseph Zaragoza in Gunzburg, Germany. Isabel graduated from Lew Wallace High School in Gary, Indiana and was a student at Purdue Northwest in Hammond, Indiana. She was actively pursuing her bachelor’s degree in general studies for the last several years.
Isabel is survived by her mother (Fran Zromkoski), three brothers (Ronald, Dan and Mark Zaragoza), her two daughters (Stephanie Roberts and Jamie Daniel) and her two grandchildren (Adrian and Andrew Roberts), as well as other relatives and friends. A burial service will be held on Friday, June 25, 2021 at 9:30 AM at Calvary Cemetery in Portage, IN.
