Jennifer (Jenn) Golden, 51, passed away on November 24, 2021 in her home in Hobart, IN. Jenn was a loving daughter, friend, aunt, mother and mother figure to many throughout her lifetime. She will be dearly missed and always remembered for her zest for life, love of experiences and adventures, and true appreciation for the “little things.” Her love of the lake and nature’s beauty will always serve as reminders of her beautiful soul.
She touched the lives of many by providing unconditional support. No matter which friend, family member, or person in need crossed her path, she was always there to make sure they were well-fed, cared for and loved. Nieces, nephews and friends of her children may remember her as their second mother; providing many football team dinners, memorable sleepovers, rides home after student council, and adventures at the beach or pool. While Jenn was many things in life, being a mother was the most important to her. Her dedication to others is so deeply appreciated and will not be forgotten.
Jennifer is survived by her children, Jessica and John Golden, parents, Patricia and Alan Stuckey, brother, Jeff Stuckey, and numerous nieces, nephews and loved ones. Jennifer requested a celebration of life be held in her honor as opposed to traditional funeral services. We request all of Jenn’s loved ones to join us in celebrating her beautiful life at Wildwood’s (619 E 3rd St Hobart, IN 46342) on Monday, December 6, 2021. Visitation and light refreshments will be from 5:30-8:30 p.m., with a short service beginning at 7:00 p.m.
