Jason M. Paholik Jr., born September 14, 2006 in Crown Point, Indiana. Jason passed away on Sunday, May 28, 2023.
He is survived by his loving parents Jennifer Paholik and Jason Paholik, Sr. Beloved sibling of Victoria McCreary, Kayley Amptmeyer, Ashlyn Tabloff, Troy Tabloff, Nathan Paholik, and Hunter Paholik. Cherished grandson, nephew, and friend of many.
Jason was a student at Crown Point High School, Class of 2024. He enjoyed sports, video games, BMX, skateboarding, and spending time with his family and friends.
Celebration of Life will be held on July 8, 2023 at the Fraternal Order of Eagles located at 13140 Lake Shore Drive, Cedar Lake, IN 46303.
