Michael Lysek (June 28, 1955 – May 1, 2021)

Michael Lysek, age 65, of Lowell, IN passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 1, 2021. Mike is survived by his wife: Bonnie; his children: Jeanne Zieseniss and Jennifer Lysek; his siblings : Debbie (Bob) Voss, Terry (Melody) Lysek, and Scott (Micki) Lysek; and numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Gene and Nancy Lysek. Mike was born in Gary, Indiana on June 28, 1955. On September 11, 1982 he married the love of his life, Bonnie, and together they raised their two girls.

Joann Usdowski (September 14, 1941 – May 1, 2021)

Ms. JoAnn Usdowski passed away at the age of 79, at St. Catherine Hospital, in East Chicago, IN.  She battled and overcame several different health problems for many years, and has now found peace. Born (September 14, 1941) and raised in East Chicago, JoAnn was a devout Catholic and member of St. Stans Catholic Church.  Above all else, she enjoyed prayer, gardening, and conversation with family and friends.  JoAnn will be sincerely missed by those family and friends, who trust that she is now in God’s loving arms.
