Allen “Wrench” Kewitz (April 12, 1965 – December 16, 2019)

Allen "Wrench" Kewitz, 54, of Cedar Lake, passed away on Monday, December 16, 2019. He is survived by his children; Allen (Rebecca) Kewitz Jr., William Kewitz, and Jessica (Eric) Kearney, Grandchildren; Nolan, David, Kendra, Isabella, Reagan, Colton and Issac, Mother; Marylynn Kewitz, Former wife; Sheila Kewitz, Siblings; John Kewitz, Thomas Sweeney, Mary Walker, Delise Hutcheson, Rich Kewitz, Kathleen Hester, and Art Jonas, Girlfriend and Caretaker; Donna  Demkowicz. Patricia Beasley (February 26, 1948 – December 14, 2019)

Pat Beasley, 71, of Portage, passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2019. She is survived by Children; David Penix, Tara Henderson and Diana (Ken) Kramer, Grandchildren; Ariane, David, TJ, Trista, Trina, Tyler, Alexis, and Nathan. Preceded in death by her parents; Lee Thomas and Loretta Jones, and siblings; Kenny, Wayne and Diana, and Nephews; Chris and Roy.   Pat will best be remembered as a devout Christian, always teaching her Grandchildren about God's great love. Max “Bup” G. Gill Jr. (December 14, 1960 – November 29, 2019)

Max “Bup” G. Gill, Jr. A much-loved husband, father, son and brother, Max Gene Gill, Jr., 58, of Portage, Indiana passed away peacefully on November 29, 2019. He had bravely confronted Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease. He was born December 14, 1960 in Gary, Indiana, and resided in Portage, Indiana for the past 13 years. He graduated from Merrillville High School in 1979 and went on to play football at Northern Illinois University, recently being honored as one of the top 50 Huskie football players
