John Wayne Russell, born in Clinton, IN in 1939, passed on June 17. John graduated from Dana High School and Indiana State University. He later achieved a Masters from Valparaiso University. Frances Hall Woodruff passed away at 91 years of age in Portage, IN, on June 4, 2019. She was born in 1928 in Peoria, IL, to Arlene and William Hall, their third child. The Great Depression led to the children being placed in a series of foster homes and orphanages just to survive.
