Dennis Eugene (Gene) Noffsinger, 73, born August 12, 1950, in Decatur IL, passed away on Monday, January 1, 2024, peacefully at home in Crown Point. He is survived by two sons; Steven Noffsinger and Chad Noffsinger,  sister; Linda Charters, former wife and mother of Steven; Earline Correll and mother of Chad; Cindy Mills, six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Wendy Marie Morris, age 24, passed away suddenly on December 29, 2023. She was born on January 15, 1999. Wendy was so many things to so many people. She was a mother, daughter, sister, spouse, aunt and friend. She was deeply committed to her children and her family.
