Richard Ropar, 78, passed away January 19, 2023 at Aperion Care, Michigan City. He was born in McKeesport, Pennsylvania to Wanda (Worek) Ropar and Matthew Joseph Ropar and served in the U.S. Navy in San Diego, California during the Vietnam War.
