Carole Ann Bond passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at Park Place Health and Wellness Center in St. John, Indiana.
Carole was born January 2, 1937 at Woodlawn Hospital in Chicago to Malcom and Angeline Morrison.
At the age of 17, Carole met and married her soulmate, Fred Bond at the Cook County Courthouse. Together, they had three children: Michael, Marianne, and Jeffery (Jay).
Carole worked as an order specialist at Ivex Corporation in Bridgeview, IL for several years until her retirement in 2002. She loved traveling, being with family, watching Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune, and playing cards with friends. She was a life-long, devoted Chicago White Sox fan.
Carole is survived by her son, Michael (Sue) Bond, daughter-in-law Kim Bond, six grandchildren: Julie (Matt) Sim, Amy Bennett, Megan (Chris) Hicks, Sarah (Cody) Bond, Ian Bond, and Hannah (Jaren) Bond, and four great-grandchildren: Ethan and Alannah Wolf, Gentry Hicks, and Sylvia Goodman.
She was preceded in death by her brother Mickey, uncle Herman, parents Malcom and Angeline, husband Fred, daughter Marianne, sister-in-law Shirley Aniol, son-in-law Ken, and son Jay.
