Mary Alice was born on March 3rd, 1947 in her beloved hometown of Lockport, NY. She often reminisced of an idyllic childhood on Caledonia Street, surrounded by great neighbors and a multitude of friends. She attended St. Patrick’s School during her primary school days, and was a proud graduate of the “Class of ’65” from DeSales Catholic High School.
Mary Alice moved to Lowell, In in 1968 with her spouse and 2 young daughters. They would have 2 more children and Mary Alice was a stay at home mom, doing what she loved most, being a mom. She taught her children love, kindness, equality, resilience, and an amazing love and knowledge of great music! She loved to dance while cleaning, and be bop around the house! She was the mom who tucked you in every night, and who woke you up on your birthday to the Beatles singing “They say it’s your Birthday” from the turntable in the living room! She was a great Mom!
She had a lifelong, deep seated love for animals. She loved to say/joke that her childhood dog, Trix, was her brother, not her pet. She loved and cared for many, many animals in her 76 years and leaves behind her two cats, Sparky and Sweet Pea.
Mary Alice loved deeply, laughed freely, and was the friendliest person  you could ever meet. She will be forever cherished, loved, and missed by her family and friends.
A private family Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
