Thomas Lee Mustain II, age 67, of Hammond, IN passed away on June 29, 2019, surrounded by family and friends.
He is survived by his children, Matthew, Steven and Sarah Mustain, Grandchildren, Margaret, Ryan and Aubrey Mustain, and Sister, Kathy Bohn.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Mary, Sister, Kevin Gurley and Brother Alan Mustain.
Thomas worked as a machinist for Albert Given for 19 dedicated years. He loved fishing and spending time with family, especially his Grandchildren. He will be remembered as a longtime fan of both the Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears.
A celebration of life in Thomas’ honor will be announced by the family at a later date.
