Terrence O’Neill was born on December 19, 1934 in Gary, Indiana. Terry, age 88 of Crown Point, formerly of Gary, passed away December 3, 2023. He attended Wirt High School and Indiana University Northwest. Terry was a paratrooper in the U.S. Army after the Korean War and during the Vietnam War. He later retired from IHB Railroad.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Mary Catherine, siblings: James (Marian) O’Neill, Patricia (Michael) Rusnak, Michael O’Neill, Mary Agnes O’Neill, Joanne (Raymond) Marciniak, and John Gerald O’Neill.
Terry is survived by his wife, Roberta, stepdaughter Deana Maggard, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
