Lynne S. Peterson, 83, of Hobart, IN formerly of Munster, IN passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 10, 2024.
She is survived by her daughters; Jennifer (Paul) Peterson-Holsclaw and Jessica (Dennis) Michiels, grandchildren; Matthew (Victoria) Holsclaw and Marie Michiels, great-grandson; Luca, sister; Joanne Jacobs, and brother-in-law Robert Peterson.
Preceded in death by her husband; Edward Peterson, grandson; Andrew Michiels and her parents; Paul and Margaret Buckner.
Lynne was a graduate of Hammond High School and was proudly part of a related alumni group. She was also a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Hobart.
Lynne was a wonderful mother who was always there when her family needed her the most. She was full of love, laughter and resilience, and touched the lives of all that knew her.
Lynne will be missed greatly.
