Michael Patrick Cook, age 70, of Calumet City, Illinois, passed away on October 23, 2024. He is survived by his two children; Michael John Cook (Leakhena) and Heather Nicole Miller (David), four siblings; Thomas Cook, Richard Cook (April), Geri Radkay and Liz Piskula (AJ), as well as 19 nieces and nephews, and 17 Great nieces and nephews.
