Thomas Lee Mustain II, age 67, of Hammond, IN passed away on June 29, 2019, surrounded by family and friends. He is survived by his children, Matthew, Steven and Sarah Mustain, Grandchildren, Margaret, Ryan and Aubrey Mustain, and Sister, Kathy Bohn. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Mary, Sister, Kevin Gurley and Brother Alan Mustain. Thomas worked as a machinist for Albert Given for 19 dedicated years. Patricia Tyson, beloved Daughter, Sister, and Aunt, age 62 of Portage, Indiana passed away on June 27, 2019, with her sister Ann by her side. She is survived by her siblings, James (Holly), Paul (Andrea) Tyson, Jody Tyson-Staten, Jane Tyson-McCracken, Ann (Dave) Dambra-Tyson, and many nieces and nephews who she loved dearly.
