Raymond Christner (April 24, 1944 – February 15, 2022)
Ray Christner, age 77, of Crete, IL passed away, surrounded by loved ones, on Tuesday February 15th after a 3 year battle with cancer. Born in April of 1944 in Mt. Sterling, IL, he was the son of Gerald and Alta Christner. He graduated from Brown County High School and Prairie State college. In 1963 he married Lynda Davis and they shared nearly 59 years together and welcomed 2 daughters, 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He served 6 years in the US Navy on a nuclear powered submarine then
Pedro J. Pilichi (September 9, 1936 – February 13, 2022)
Pedro Pilichi passed on Sunday, February 13, 2022. He was survived by his three daughters, Dirca, Yolanda, and Elizabeth, one son Felix, four grandchildren, and one great granddaughter. He was a member of the National Guard and was very proud of that. He enjoyed the time he spent in the National Guard very much. He enjoyed watching and playing baseball as a shortstop. He enjoyed math, watching boxing, movies with James Bond, and the White Sox. But his favorite team was Kansas City Royals. There will be a memorial service
Robert “Bob” Hudnall (March 20, 1958 – February 13, 2022)
Robert "Bob" Hudnall, of Griffith, IN, passed away on February 13, 2022 at the age of 63. He was born and raised in Hammond, IN, and attended Gavit High School, graduating in 1976. He was employed at Ardagh Glass in Dolton, IL as a machine repairman. Beloved husband of Lorie Hudnall for 43 years; very loving father of two sons, Shane (Autumn) Hudnall of Oak Ridge, NC, and Scott Hudnall of Griffith; extremely proud "Gramps" to two grandsons, Dylan Hudnall and Tristan Hudnall; dear brother of Ed (Kris) Hudnall
