David Hines, 74, of Medaryville, IN passed away Friday, December 10, 2021. David was born June 1st, 1947 in Hobart, IN, to Aubrey and Virginia (Groomer) Hines. David proudly served in the Army as a team leader with Company A, 3rd Battalion (Airborne). 503 Cavalry infantry in the Republic of Vietnam.  Sargent Hines was a highly decorated Veteran, receiving many awards including the Purple Heart and the prestigious Bronze star with “V” Device for his heroic actions in an intense battle near Dong Tre.  His squad came under attack, with

Susan I. Hartline age 63 passed away December 16, 2021 in her home in Whiting, Indiana. Susan was born November 9, 1958 in Hammond, Indiana to James R. Hartline and Jean C. (Wagner) Hartline. Susan studied at Sawyer Business College and Purdue University Northwest in Hammond, Indiana. She was employed with School City of Hammond for 34 years. Karen Winnermark (October 3, 1956 – November 25, 2021)

Karen Winnermark, 65, of Kouts, went to be with the Lord the morning of November 25, 2021. It is especially fitting that she made this beautiful transition on Thanksgiving, a day recognized for being thankful. Being a spiritual counselor herself, Karen would have been particularly grateful for being able to spend such a first day in God's presence.
