Leonard Kaye (June 26, 1946 – September 3, 2024)

Leonard Kaye, 78, of Gary, IN, formerly of Plainfield, IL, passed away on September 3, 2024. He is survived by his wife of 21 years; Stacy Kaye, children; Cynthia Gies, Jeff (Wendy) Kaye and Jerald Kaye, grandchildren; Lindsey, Matthew, Tyler and Lyla, and sister-in-law; Patricia Konn. Leonard was preceded in death by his parents; Leonard Konieczny and Helen Eckert, and brother; Lawrence Konn.

Ames William Martin Sr. (February 25, 1955 – September 2, 2024)

Beloved husband, brother, father, uncle, and grandfather Ames William Martin Sr. went to be with his Lord on Monday, September 2nd, 2024. He leaves behind his bride of 43 years, Sherry Lee (whom he loved with his whole soul); six children, Maria (Trevor) Woodworth, Elizabeth (Ali) Khadem, Abigail (Brad) Mitzelfelt, Ames Martin Jr., Josiah Martin, and Ian Martin; nine grandchildren, Mia, Silas, Liam, Everett, Esther, Jesse, Julius, Clayton, and David;  two sisters, Jaime (George) Stein and Regina (Lloyd) Bohl;  two brothers, James (Donna) Martin and Shaun (Robin) Martin; many beloved

Sherry Sullivan (July 13, 1947 – September 2, 2024)

Sherry Lynne Sullivan, 77, of Valparaiso, IN passed away on September 2, 2024. Survived by her son; Brian Smolek, grandchildren; Briana, Brooklyn, Cheryl, Billy, Christopher, Michael, Erika and Brittany, and numerous great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her daughters; Debra and Brigette, grandson; Jacob, parents; John L. and Evelyn Sullivan, siblings; Buck and Rocky. Sherry was a wonderful Mother, a super Grandmother and a loving Great Grandmother.

Edward Hamilton (September 13, 1927 – August 31, 2024)

Edward Hamilton, 96, of Edinburg, KY, passed away on Saturday, August 31, 2024. Survived by his children; Nancy (James) Hepner, Patrice (Charles 'Tony') Myszak, grandsons; Bradley (Colleen) Hepner, Jeffrey Myszak, Jason Myszak and great grandchildren; Ethan Myszak, Amayah Myszak, Alexandra Myszak and Emma Myszak. Preceded in death by his wife; Betty J. Hamilton and grandson; Michael Hepner.   Edward was a WWII survivor. He'd been stationed in Germany and served as MP (Military Police) towards the end of WWII. He was a proud member of VFW Post 7881.
