Jeffrey R. DeLay (69), of Brook, Indiana passed away unexpectedly, on May 17, 2024. He was born in Rensselaer, Indiana on February 12, 1955. Jeff is a graduate of South Newton High School, class of 1973. He also attended Purdue University. Jeff was an extremely talented gardener.
