Jeffrey R. DeLay (69), of Brook, Indiana passed away unexpectedly, on May 17, 2024. He was born in Rensselaer, Indiana on February 12, 1955. Jeff is a graduate of South Newton High School, class of 1973. He also attended Purdue University. Jeff was an extremely talented gardener. Richard L. Hoekstra, 66, of Highland, IN passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 12, 2024. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Cindi Hoekstra, children, Richard (Liz) Hoekstra; Bradley (Ashleigh) Hoekstra, and Kathryn Hoekstra, grandchildren, Brooklyn Hoekstra; Bailey Hoekstra; Carter Nash and Charlotte Hoekstra. A private Celebration of Life will be held in Richard's honor.
