Carla Jeanne Steitz Wozniak Zink, 61, passed away on Thursday evening, August 27th in her home surrounded by loved ones. She was born in Glenwood, IL on March 24th, 1959 and graduate from Homewood-Flossmoor in 1977.
Carla’s life touched many and memories of her will continue to live with all who have known her. She also enjoyed photography, music and was passionate about political issues.
She is survived by her husband, Brad Zink Lowell IN, three sons, Michael Hepworth, who lives in Dallas, TX, Rickey Wozniak and Daughter in Law Alexandra of Fort Wayne, Tyler Wozniak of Lowell, and her granddaughter Ava. Also surviving her are her sisters, Marion Fuller Tulsa, OK, Cindy Yates Clovis, CA, Laurie Steitz Woodstock, GA and her brother Carl Steitz of Strasburg, CO.
There will be no services at this time but a memorial is planned for early spring at her home in Lowell, Indiana.
