Dale James Govert Sr. age 83 years, Crown Point, IN passed away on Monday, May 15, 2023 in Crown Point, IN. He was born on July the 4th,1939 in Gary Indiana to Maurice John Govert and Juanita (Ramsey) Govert. Dale is survived by his wife Geraldine; three children, Diana Lynn Govert (Doug) Klukken of Crown Point, Dales James Govert Jr. (Paulette) of DeMotte and Patricia Marie (Govert) Ruggeri, of Crown Point; 11 Brothers and Sisters; 5 grand children; and 9 great grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:30pm, Saturday May 27, 2023 at the Free Spirit Interfaith Church: 701 East Clark St., Crown Point, IN. Rev Doug Klukken officiating. Friends may visit with the family at the church, prior to and following the service, from 12:00pm to 3:00pm.
