Joyce Ann Luciano (Regal), 70, of Hobart, Indiana passed away at home on Sunday, March 31, 2024, with her two daughters beside her.

She was born in Gary, Indiana on December 17, 1953 to John and Julie Regal, who precede her in death.

Joyce is survived by her daughters, Kristi (George) Dresbaugh of Portage, IN; Jeanna Partin of Hobart, IN, 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, sisters, Judy Dabrowski of Valparaiso, IN; Jackie (Doug) Koskouick of Valparaiso, IN, brother, John Regal of Portage, IN, 4 nieces, and 2 nephews.
