Karl is survived by his wife of 40 years Charlene R. “Char” (nee Tominov) Carlson, Son Kevin R. Carlson, Brother Glen (late Lois) Carlson, Sisters Roxane VanTil, Dawn (Cliff) Haring, Bonnie (Jim) Bruce, many nephews, nieces, cousins and Aunt Joan Summers.
Preceded in death by his parents Bob Ray and Melva-Jean M. (nee Purkey) Carlson.
Karl was a graduate of Hammond Tech High School.
Late of Wheatfield, IN formerly of Lansing, IL and Hammond, IN.
