MaDonna Nevo Craft, age 83, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 29, 2022, surrounded by her children.
MaDonna was born January 22,1939 in Garrett, KY to the late Albert Craft and Elsie Chaffins Craft.
She is survived by three children: Teresa Jervis of Valparaiso, IN, Gregory (Chris) Wireman of Wanatah, IN and Kimberly Payne Klewer of Valparaiso, IN.
She was blessed with five Grandchildren: Michael (Misty) Baldridge of North Judson, IN, Shayna Madison of Fort Wayne, IN, Nicolas Gray of LaPorte, IN, Nicole (Shaun) Zimmerman of Valparaiso, IN and Kaleb (Whitney) Payne of Valparaiso, IN, and six Great Grandchildren: Hannah Dingus, Rylee Madison, Kylie Zimmerman, Alexis Payne and Ethan Payne, one Great- Great Grandchild:Jayden Dingus, one Nephew: Brion (Vicky) Shipley of Garrett, KY, and one Great Nephew: Dylan Shipley.
In her most recent years she was an in-home Caregiver for Alzheimer’s Patients.
MaDonna’s special interests and hobbies included spending time with her family and close friends, and traveling to Las Vegas, NV to play her favorite slot machines. Her most exciting and favorite place of all was Hawaii. She was a member of a Co-Ed Gun club back in the late 60’s and early 70’s. Playing Bingo, Yahtzee, Cards, Reading and looking for Four Leaf Clovers were all her favorites, and she loved when Holidays came around and all the family would come together.
She was Preceded in death by her parents and her sisters: Madeline Craft and Bonnie Shipley, all of Garrett, KY, and her Great Grandson: Cameron Gregory Myles Baldridge, from Drift, KY.
Per her wishes, there will not be a Funeral or Memorial held.
