Paul A. Martin, 79, of Hobart, IN, formerly of Dunedin, FL and Lansing, IL passed away peacefully on Friday, July 12, 2024.
Survived by his son; Paul (Elizabeth) Martin Jr. , grandson; Austin, siblings; Guy (Carolyn) Batchelder, Karen (Mike) Cobb, and special nephew; Mark (Ann) Spadoni.
Paul was preceded in death by his wife; Sharen Martin, parents; Paul and Adelaide Martin, and siblings; Gail Maniowski, Andrea Kahn, Marie Rodgers and Joy Spadoni.
Paul was a proud veteran of the US Army; he diligently served his country in combat during 2 tours in Vietnam.
He will best be remembered as a true family man, as his favorite thing to do was spending time with those close to him.
A Celebration of Life is being planned in Paul’s honor. He will soon after be laid to rest alongside his wife at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery; eternally among his brothers and sisters in arms.
