It is with great sadness that the Olivarri family announces that Paul Olivarri passed peacefully in his home on Monday, July 24th, 2023.
Paul “Pauly” Olivarri, age 59, was born April 25, 1964 in Gary, IN. He was the 11th of 11 children.
Paul was preceded in death by his beloved son; Stephan Walter Olivarri, parents; Celia “Sally” Holguin Moreno and Francisco B. Olivarri, sisters; Aurora Olivarri and Elizabeth “Liz” Malone, brother; Stephan “Steve” Olivarri and nephews; Jack D. Walker and Austin Olivarri.
Paul leaves behind his loving family: children; Amy Lynn Olivarri and Michael Paul Olivarri, grandchildren; Gabrielle, Bradley, Brandon, and Jacqueline
“Morton” and Jenae, Jesse and soon-to-be Grandson Joseph Jr. “Bazan-Jimenez”, siblings; Frank (Dee) Olivarri, Rudolph Olivarri, Margaret (Joe) DeJanovic, Julie Olivarri Chitwood, Fred (Sara) Olivarri, Christine Olivarri and Theresa (Kent) Bogert, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
Music was a huge part of Paul’s life. He sang in several bands, did stand-up comedy and hosted many benefits for friends in need. He was always the life of the party.
Paul was a friend to all and will be greatly missed.
A Memorial visitation and service will be held in Paul’s honor at New Hope Church of God, 712 N 450 W, Valparaiso IN on August 10, 2023 from 5-9 pm.
