Veronica Hensley, age 59, of Chesterton, IN passed away on August 24, 2020. She was a proud Porter County paramedic for 30 years. Veronica was a loving mother and grandmother, as her grandbabies meant the world to her. She is survived by her children: Jennifer (Ronald) Hayes, and Stacey Hensley (Matthew Milkoski), grandchildren: Gwen Milkoski, Conrad Milkoski and Everett Hayes. Preceded in death by her parents: Robert and Marjorie Baranoski.   A memorial service, with EMS tribute, will be held in Veronica's honor. Please contact the family for details.

George Edens, 74, of Jasper, Virginia passed away on Wednesday August 19, 2020. He is survived by his children: Samantha (Crystal) Russell, Christopher Russell, Teresa Edens, Shirley Edens, Richard Edens, and George Edens Jr., step-children: Victoria Bowen, Victor Bowen, Jack Cole, Glen Bowen and Billy Bowen, grandchildren: Alex Bowen, Brett Coomer, Kristin Crabtree, Daniel Coomer, Ruby Bowen, Autumn Bowen, Jessie Bowen, Justin Cole, Katie Brooke Cole, Caleb Cole and Zack Cole. Dennis R. Wingard was 54 but would tell you he was 25. He enjoyed fishing, bowling, concerts, sports, hanging out with friends, and having a "good time." He was an avid Notre Dame, Cubs and Bears fan. He loved music and dancing. Dennis believed you have to work hard to play hard. Some of his past careers were water blasting, general contracting and a union painter. He was a loyal husband, sibling and friend. In anyone's time of need, he would assist, regardless if he knew what he was doing

Richard A Kinney, 73, of Michigan City, passed away Saturday, August 15, 2020 after his battle with cancer.  Richard is survived by his wife, Frances Kinney (nee Santos); three daughters, Abigail Kinney, Aimee Kinney Koerner, and Brooke Kinney; step-son, Jarvis Santos; grandchildren, Ian Green, Stephanie Green, Austin (Kristina) Koerner, Logan Koerner, Anthony Bolin, Connor Chmielnicki, and Carter Bolin; great-grandchildren, Thomas Koerner, Bryan Vaughn, and Aurora Vaughn; sister, Beatrice (Ray) Hageman; brother, Steve (Janet) Kinney; and several nieces and nephews. Samuel Miller, age 55, passed away August 13, 2020. He is survived by his beloved companion for over 30 years and wife of 13 years; Karen Miller, Children: Justin (Meghan) Miller, Brandon (Sarah) Miller, Jonathan Murchek, Samantha Miller, James Miller, and Michael (Kim) Henrikson, Grandchildren: Scarlet, Christina, Shane, Jake, Gavyn, and Zayne, Father: James Miller, Siblings: Richard (Kyla) Miller, and David (Nikki) Miller. Tim Kleber, age 71, passed away peacefully in his home, surrounded by his family on August 7, 2020. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Christine Kleber, Children: Tim Kleber Jr., and Mandy (Tim) Holt, Grandchildren: Jasmine Anderson, Timothy Kleber III, Ruby Kleber, Abigail Kleber, Gabriella Holt and Easton Holt.
