Sharyn Calinski (August 6, 1977 – February 25, 2025)

Sharyn Calinski, 47, of Valparaiso, IN formerly of Whiting, IN passed away on Tuesday, February 25, 2025. She is survived by her children; Angelica (Shianne) Calinski, Ardyn Calinski and Kaelyn O'Connor, mother and stepfather; Cynthia and Timothy Nomanson, sisters; Sheila (Brian) Witak, Shelly (Steven Batista) Calinski, Sherry (Milo Montgomery) Calinski, Stephanie Calinski and Jennifer Calinski, nieces and nephews; Clifford, Macayla, Emma, Liam, Christian, Mila and Taju. Preceded in death by her father and stepmother; Richard and Theresa "Lynn" Calinski. Sharyn was the true life of the party. She surrounded herself

Jeffrey Merritt (July 17, 1960 – February 23, 2025)

Jeffrey D. Merritt born July 17th 1960, of Lake village, IN passed away on February 23rd, 2025. Jeff's favorite pasttime was drag racing,  working in the garage, and spending time with his grandkids as often as possible. He is preceded in death by his father Sears Merritt. He is survived by his wife, Elaine, son's David and Brian (Sara), daughter Brittany (Kevin), granddaughters Brianna, Savanah, Lily,  and grandsons Logan, Landon, Blaine, and Sean. Along with his mother Mary Lou Merritt and his siblings.

Joseph Martinez Jr. (December 7, 1953 – February 24, 2025)

Joseph is survived by his wife; Tina Marie Zabielski-Martinez, loving papa to Sarah, Jade, Cinder and his beloved Chiwienie Sparky, brother; Michael Martinez and half sister; Ester Guerrero. Preceded in death by his parents; Joseph Martinez Sr. and Socorro Martinez. Joseph grew up in South Deering, Chicago and attended St. Francis, Desalles. He would then later retire from South Works steel. He was a true Chicago man. He was a loyal Chicago White Sox and Chicago Bears fan. He loved Elvis. He enjoyed drinking vodka and beer while watching Chicago
